You'll have luxury and comfort in the palm of your hand at this beautifully decorated three-bedroom, two-bath condo on the 14th floor of Phoenix X. The condo, which sleeps ten, was recently updated to include new granite counter tops and solid wood cabinets in the kitchen and a marble walk-in shower with a seat in the master bathroom. New paint throughout the condo, a new chandelier over the 6-seat dining table and luxury vinyl plank flooring in the bedrooms highlight the upgrades.

· 4 Flat-screen TVs. TVs in bedrooms are all wall-mounted.
· Tropical decor abounds in this pretty, comfortable Gulf-font condo
· Living area has ample seating including a Queen-size sleeper sofa
and wonderful views of the Gulf's sparkling water
· Fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, a side-by-side refrigerator with an
ice maker and water dispenser, 2 bar stools for informal snacks, and a new smooth-top cooking range.
