Welcome to Phoenix 10! This is a Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 10. There is a King in the Master bedroom, a King in the Guest Bedroom 1, and 2 Queens in Guest Bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful white, sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. This condo has wireless Internet and cable and has flat screen TV's in all of the bedrooms and also in the living room.

Condo was great for the most part. We had some minor housekeeping issues on check in, and living area furniture could use an upgrade, other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this ubit again. We go to Orange Beach every summer nad have been for the past 12 yrs with the majority of our stays at the Phoenix X. We love being able to walk to the Flora Bama for Church service on Sunday.

My family and I stay in the Phoenix 10 every year love the location and the amenities. This condo could use some updates, the couch was quite literally falling apart and incredibly uncomfortable. The condo states it sleeps up to 10 but we only had towels for eight. I specifically reached out to ask if the condo had a blender they replied yes but there wasn’t one when we arrived. And we found a previous guest’s clothes in a drawer when we arrived. I think the cleaning service needs to be changed out.

Kitchen - pots and fry pans were dirty. Before we could use the fry pans and pots, I had to scrub them. Had to go out and buy scrubbing pads. Dish cloth did not work. There was burnt on food stuck on them. Every condo should at least have one good non stick fry pan. Had to pay an additional $180 for Parking passes and had to pay for ice to go to beach - no ice machine. The pool did not have enough shaded areas. Could not sit poolside to watch kids in direct sun all day. Limited towels and face cloths for a 3 bedroom condo that accommodated 10 people for a 5 night stay. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Usually there is one extra before you have to go out to buy more. Door to main bath sticks and makes noises during the night. The sofa bed was very comfortable and that is a good thing. Overall though we had a good time.

We were 3 couples all over 50, The condo was great,, beds were comfy, pots and pans were great condition.. Wonderful space, On the last evening we put clothes washing and wash didn't spin or drain 😢 but nothing lasts for ever.. we will definitely be back!! Thanks to all !!

Condo was nice. The only issues were dryer not drying, no broom, sectional for sitting very uncomfortable and the pots and pans were on the inexpensive end so a lot of our food would get scorched or stick to the bottom even on low heat. I did report the dryer and it was quickly repaired along with bringing us a broom. The sectional pillows were constantly slipping out so we were always stuffing them back into the couch. And only 8 sets of towels and there were 10 of us. But the location was perfect and the condo was very clean upon arrival.

This is our 2nd year with Phoenix 10, we really enjoy the location. Our unit was super clean, cold, and great for our party of 8. The property manager was very helpful when we ask for extra towels and blanket. We enjoyed our stay.

Been staying at Phoenix X for years and this was one of the nicer condos we have stayed in. Very clean, fresh decor and communication with the property manager was a breeze. Hope to make it back again next year

A lot to be desired with regard to house keeping. House keeping was horrible. Very outdated property. Not worth what you have to pay, at all. Parking was a sham at $60 per vehicle in addition to the rental amount. Not happy with the rental. Had to walk from 1 end of the property to the other to get to parking deck or room. Only had a good stay due to having family members there that we don’t get to see often. I would not recommend this property unless it was updated & cleaner. Appliances may or may not work properly. Rating is 1 out of 5. Sorry, but only being truthful.

Not a whole lot of problems. A few outlets didn’t work and neither did the microwave. I can see the microwave being an issue but we didn’t even notice until the last day. Besides that, the location was fantastic, it was clean, and we didn’t have any noisy neighbors. Great place.

Everything was as advertised. The location was perfect for our party of over 21 friends and family. No need to drive anywhere. View was spectacular and the beach was perfect. Kitchen was well appointed and plenty of room for everyone. Will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved Orange Beach and Phoenix X. The only issue that we had was that the cooking utensils and pans were dirty, the pans had burnt food that had to be scrubbed off but besides that, it was great. We are already booking our next trip for next year.

We loved our stay at the Phoenix X. The condo was beautiful. Very clean, very spacious, and beautiful views directly on the beach! The location was also great! Right next door to the flora bama and directly across the street from many great restaurants! I would highly recommend this condo for anyone!
