This was the perfect location and property for our family vacation. Lots of space and beautiful view! We will be coming back again!

We were informed the outdoor pool was closed three days prior to arrival, due to roof construction. A major inconvenience with 6 children, but one we were willing to overlook. We had reserved a ground level unit, with access to the pool, that led to the boardwalk to the beach. We were looking forward to an ocean view and easy, safe access to and from the beach. What we arrived to was something completely unexpected. The entire back of the highrise was under construction, not just the roof. Our unit porch was 'ribboned' off with construction tape and our view was of construction workers and excavating equipment right outside our porch door. Needless to say, there was no ocean view, easy/safe access to the beach and relaxation offered on our porch. In addition, the indoor pool had a film on the water that deterred us from going. Many attempts were made to contact the management company with false promises to relocate us to a different unit and possibly a different complex. Calls and texts were either unanswered or not returned at all. Out unit was outdated and dirty. It definitely needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. The convenient location of this unit will be ideal for a family, once pool construction is complete. We look forward to seeing if any improvements are made.
