· Queen sofa sleeper and DVD player in the living area
· Fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances
· Table for six in the dining area as well as two stools at the kitchen bar
· King size bed, DVD player, and private access to balcony in the carpeted master bedroom
· Shower and tub combination in the master bathroom
· Tiled balcony has a magnificent gulf front view that can be enjoyed from the table for four with additional seating
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

Enjoyed our stay, the place was super clean and cozy. We stay in Phoenix X each time we come to orange beach. They had some construction going on but it wasn’t a bother to us.

Great place to spend 4th of July vacation. It was right on the beach with easy access to everything we needed for a great stay.

We have been vacationing in Orange Beach/Perdido for 33 years with family and friends. We have stayed in various complexes and units but this one was by far one of the nicest. So spacious, with a large dining table and so comfortable.
