The condo was very clean and decorated so cute. Check in was a breeze and I never had trouble communicating with the property managers if needed. We enjoyed our stay and will return.

Overall, my family and I enjoyed staying at Phoenix X. The unit has an amazing view and the amenities, including beach access is convenient and hassle free. Additionally, the kitchen is stocked with handy kitchen appliances such as an air fryer, Keurig, blender, etc., along with plenty of utensils and eating dishes. The AC worked well, as well as the washer and dryer. The bedding and towels all seemed pretty clean. We really liked the keyless entry, the Roku TV options in every room, the WiFi, and the spaciousness of the unit. My 3-star review of the unit comes from the cleanliness and functionality of the bathrooms. Unfortunately, when showering, the water does not drain out of the tub until 20-30 minutes after the shower is over, in both bathrooms, causing standing water, an uncomfortable shower and inconvenience for the next person waiting to use the shower. Other minor issues include dust/dirt gathered under the beds, cosmetics with the zip tied curtain rod in the master bedroom, and hair that is not ours left in the bathrooms.
