Welcome to Phoenix 10! This is a Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 10. There is a King in the master bedroom, a Full in the guest bedroom 1, 2 Queens in guest bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. This condo has WiFi and cable and has flat screen TVs in all of the bedrooms and also in the living room.

I went back and read some of the other reviews and it looks like there has been other complaints of everything I have mention and was never addressed, so I knew it wouldn't do any good to call and ask for it to be fixed. I did take pictures of everything that I have listed.

Communication was excellent. We love the complex & amenities (stayed at it last year in a different unit). Unit was nice, but beat up. Chunks of paint missing everywhere and marks on the walls. That we could live with, but it was filthy. Mold in the shower curtain, rust by the hooks. Mold in the dishwasher. Bathroom doors were dirty & had handprints on them. Some stains running down the wall. Crackers under the bedroom dresser. We had to clean the bathroom mirrors to see in them. Dishes were not clean-silverware drawer was disgusting. On Friday morning there was leakage in the master bath from the unit upstairs-assuming from the toilet because it was yellow/brown. Maintenance was quick to come check it out & figure out it was coming from upstairs and stopped the leak. But never came back to clean up what was in our tub. GROSS!!! We closed the bathroom door. So, our last 2 days 6 people had to share one shower/bathroom. Very disappointing. This has been our 8th trip to the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area and this is the only unit we have been disappointed with.

This was my 2nd Pheonix stay but the 1st time at Pheonix X. It's right on the Florabama line which was incredibly convenient in location. The condo itself was very clean for the most part. The bathrooms could have used a little more care, but it wasn't so bad to warrant a negative review. The master bed was unbelievably comfortable and the beach balcony view in the master bedroom was a big plus! Contact with the rental company was very easy and they respond quickly. And as soon as payment was made, I received the check in details including door code. The process was painless. Will definitely stay here again! My whole family loved it.

Overall unit was good. First day, master toilet handle wouldn’t flush. I called and got someone to come soon. Two day later it just broke off, they came within an hour which was great. So, communication with pricket properties in getting maintenance was very accommodating. A few things I am noting. On pictures it showed a lounge chair on patio and there was not. There was a bad musty smell in hall bathroom. Master bath under the faucet area had a bunch of mold and mold in washer up all around the top. Kitchen utensil drawer handle was broke and which over multiples uses from all the guests over time I’m sure scraped the paint off, just a simple fix with new handle or fixing handle and touch up the paint. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location of this property. Having the parking garage attached to the condo made it very easy access. The view was absolutely the best. Overall we had a good experience. On the down side, the unit was nice, but not as clean as we would have liked. The grout on the tile floor is black in the middle, but beige on the edges. On the beach its tough to keep the floors clean, but the first day we arrived the floors felt sandy and dirty. The walls and trim are stained or dinged up pretty bad, so a fresh coat of paint would help a bunch. The clock radio did not work in one of the bedrooms, but not a big deal we are on vacation time. The remote for the TV didn't have a back it just had tape holding it together. The pots and pans looked like they were leftovers from a garage sale and did not sit level on the stovetop surface. The coffee maker was nice. Had we known there was a Keurig unit, we would have brought pods. Washer and drying in the unit was a great help. The beds were ok, comfortable and clean. The living room furniture was tired and not comfortable seating. We didn't use the hideaway bed, but did see the sheets looked ok. Overall we would probably stay in the same building, but would be interested in a different unit. This unit seems to be one that is only for rental and it showed the wear. For the price we expected it to be fresher and cleaner.

We stayed at this property for our family vacation. There were 6 of us. We had plenty of room for all of us. The condo was impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend this property to everyone. Will stay here again.

Condo is roomy and stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms need a deep cleaning. From the walls, doors to floors. There was a long hair in the bath tub. The living room furniture could use s good cleaning also. Other than that.... it was perfect. It was nice to have the door patio door open and hear the ocean while reading my book.

The condo was clean and had a great view but you can hear EVERYTHING! From people screaming outside at 6:30 a.m. to someone going use the restroom in the middle of the night. I always book a place with indoor pool incase of weather. They do not let you use the indoor pool if weather is with a certain amount of miles. You cannot setup canopies in front of the 3rd-party rental chairs on beach. I felt we were under such strict rules. We had a blast but don't think Phoenix X will be rented by us again.

Wonderful location. Pool area is excellent beach is exceptional. Nice and close to lots of things to do. Great restaurants and bars near by. Condo had everything we needed. Only thing which wasn’t a big deal is the toilet in master bath was a little wiggly, it will report that to property owners. All and all very satisfied

overall it was a great stay. The outside pool was freezing so the kids wouldn't use it. The indoor pool and hot tubs were nice except for the fact that the chlorine levels were so high. The kids eyes burned from it and it gave me a headache to sit in there. The beach was great! The condo itself was just ok. The living room furniture needs replaced, the floors were extremely dirty. Made the kids keep socks or shoes on the whole time or their feet were black. We had a party of 10 and there were not enough towels. we had to do laundry twice a day to have clean bathing towels. At least 2 towels a person would have been nice. You have to pay 60 a car to park, which was fine except for my rental broke down the 1st day and had to be towed. They did not have a replacement for me, so i asked the manager if I could get some of my parking back since I only used it 1 day. She said no, so that was disappointing. Fo the cost I will stay elsewhere next time.

I have only left good reviews the past five years of using Vrbo. But this listing is very dirty. And the beds are uncomfortable. The vents are covered in dust and mold, blood was on the back of the guest bathroom door, and on the chair at the dining room table. We had to wash dishes before we used them. And someone had cleaned the floor in the main bedroom with pledge and it is very slick. The front door is nasty with dirt and hand prints. And the property is very very busy Bc you are right next door to the flora-Bama bar. The pool was nice , check in is nice, but the cleanliness of the unit is a zero! I know the owners might not see it often but they need to find a new cleaning crew and buy new beds .

We are returning from a week long at this condo. The complex and condo were both very nice! Parking garage right beside building where you can park on the floor of your condo. Very convenient for unpacking and packing car. Amenities are kept up and great. Staff was very friendly. The only complaint would be the place was a little sandy upon arrival. Probably impossible to get every grain. Need more good mats right inside door and coming in from balcony.

The condo is beachfront and adjacent to the FloraBama Lounge. This unit is furnished with older furniture , beds are likely inexpensive. No beach towels. No beach chairs. One roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom… I think that says it all!! Parking cost is $20 per day per vehicle.
