Welcome to Phoenix 10! This is a Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 10. There is a King in the Master bedroom, a Queen in the Guest Bedroom 1, and 2 Fulls in Guest Bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful white, sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. This condo has wireless Internet and cable and has flat screen TV's in all of the bedrooms and also in the living room.

Unit was in need of repairs. Tub broken and moldy, shower broken, lots of little things broken like light switch covers, toe kicks in kitchen just overall unit needs some attention. Maintenance did come and try to fix the tub but was unsuccessful as apparently owner hadn’t approved replacement/repairs or something.

For the price and location a great deal for our family. It is a dated building but common areas kept very clean by staff. The units have aged appliances and moderate wear to the furniture and rugs etc. I would recommend and I will likely be back. These items if all 5/5 would mean a higher weekly rate and for me this was good balance. You are directly aside the Florabama that had several live music acts outside on the beach and in the club at all times of the day and night.

Great view of the Gulf. Love the Phoenix X in general. This unit was in need of a little TLC, and new mattresses.

Loved the location. Close to restaurants and beach Lovely view. Bathtub in master broken and a bit of mold. Balcony had mold as well. Kitchen was tidy.
