Phoenix IX is one of the newest and most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 48” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom and the second bedroom two Queen sized beds.
There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool on the 7th floor with incredible views, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and an indoor tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Overall good . There was a few problems with the unit. There was black mold in the ice maker. Several pieces of furniture had broken handles. had to hunt down TV remotes, only found 2 of 3 and one of them had no batteries. One toilet was stained. Furniture and beds was comfortable. To much clutter in closets that had nothing to do with guest. Ice in the door of refrigerator didn't work. With some updates would be nice unit . Will try other units next time. Phoenix rentals was always excellent.
