About this apartment rental

Take advantage of this nearly 1,800 sq. ft. 3-bedroom 3.5 bathroom BEACHFRONT Phoenix IX Condominium. This newly renovated unit provides for 8-10 guest and is conveniently located on the 7th floor along with the spacious indoor pool and spa.

· Each of the 3 bedrooms come with its own private bathroom on-suite! The master bedroom and one guest bedroom "both" have king-size beds. The third bedroom has two full-size beds. Queen size sleeper sofa in the Living Area. Master bathroom has a jetted tub and a separate step-in shower with glass doors
· Ceramic and LVP tile throughout (no carpet)
· Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, granite countertop, and tile backsplash
· Wet bar has granite countertop and an ice-maker
· Full size washer and dryer
· Dining area has a table seating six and a kitchen bar with seating for four
· 65 inch Smart Screen TV, DVD, in the Living Area
. Flat screens, DVD’s, in bedrooms
· Both Keurig and Mr. Coffee machines available.
· Stunning gulf front view can be enjoyed from the tiled balcony with a table for six and a lounge chair for sun bathing.

In addition to a large fitness center with new equipment, Phoenix IX offers an indoor pool, hot tubs and a kiddie pool on the 7th floor overlooking Ono Island; an outdoor pool and kiddie pool; an indoor climate-controlled tennis court on the 12th floor overlooking Ono Island, and barbecue grills.

The building is located near the Alabama-Florida state line, approx. 10 miles east of Hwy. 59.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
