About this apartment rental
The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic Florentine building, just a 10-minute walk from the Bargello Museum. Its location allows you to easily reach all the main attractions in the city of Florence. The apartment consists of an open space with a kitchenette and a cozy living area; the two double bedrooms each have a bathroom with a shower. The apartment also features a private outdoor area in a quiet inner courtyard, where you can dine during the warmer months.
Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.).
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone.
Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied.
Service limitation:
Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C.
The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons.
For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required.
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details. The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address.
To ensure maximum comfort for all guests, we recommend using the shower one person at a time. The apartment is equipped with a water heater, so simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce the water temperature.
City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights

We loved the apartment. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is very good as well.

A cute property on a quiet street of Florence. The beds were comfortable, the living space cozy, and plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower. Our check-in process was super simple; especially so because we arrived 45 minutes early and the clerk was able to accommodate us without delay.

Apartment was clean and nicely furnished. It’s a bit dark and the patio is not really conducive to sitting out on (view of neighbors laundry and bugs). Neighborhood was okay but wish it had been closer to restaurants/sites.
