Quite neighborhood

Shower leaked, the kitchen was not well equipped. The patio had mosquitoes and no sunlight to dry clothes

War and tidy and very central. The host was very helpful with things to do and where to go. Great air conditioning. It was hot outside during our stay.

It was a bit dark. Not a lot of natural light. It would have been nice to have a few more staples like sugar, salt, soap, tea towel and maybe some long life milk. There was coffee and vinegar.

We have stayed in many apartments in Firenze. Miki, the host, was excellent and made this our favorite apartment in Firenze.

This ground floor property was in a quiet street, conveniently close to a supermarket, and to Piazza Santa Croce. Miki, the lovely lady who met me at the apartment, was very kind and spoke good English. She showed me through the apartment, stocked with professional bed linen and towels, pointing out the little things, ie how to use the gas knobs, the varied lighting switches and the rubbish days/location (conveniently close) etc. The decor was light and modern, including a sofa that converted to a bed if required, iron/ironing board, a dishwasher, washing machine and a small indoor drying rack for the few rainy days. Also, there was a small private courtyard outside with chairs/table for the warm days...it was a lovely stay!

There was the occasional "bump in the night", which you hear everywhere you stay, but not enough to be problematic.
