Macci Apartment Santa Croce

Very close to historic centre, nice, clean and modern apartment in an old building with it’s own yard/gallery, secure and quiet! Absolutely perfectly in sync with surrounding old town!

AC unit working very well but central control and no individual change possible. Not a problem because owner supplied apartment with plenty of blankets for the night

La ubicación, la zona es muy tranquila. Estuvimos cómodos en cuestión de espacio del apartamento, tenía todo lo necesario. Cocina muy nueva. El personal con el que estuvimos en contacto muy agradable. Tuvimos que notificar que uno de los 2 splitters del A/A goteaba constantemente en el salón, formando charcos, se intentó arreglar por parte del propietario, pero permaneció igual, pero se atenuó la incidencia con un apaño, nonpasamos calor en ningún momento, gracias por atender la incidencia igualmente, comprendemos que son problemas imprevistos.

Tuvimos que esperar en la puerta del edificio hasta las 15:30 para hacer el check-in con ola de calor incluida. Por lo demás fuera de algún imprevisto

Zentrale Lage. Gut, um die Altstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Ein Carrefour ist gleich um die Ecke, ebenso eine Parkgarage (Park Santa Croce, Via delle Casine 17 R), die man aber buchen muß.

Klimaanlage läßt sich nicht individuell einstellen.

Location. 2 bathrooms.

4th floor without any lift. People with luggage & elderlies should be very careful. AC was not working from the remote. The owner controlled it from outside. Dish washer had dirty dishes.
