Set within a 5-acre field on a 60-acre fishery and campsite, this exclusive space features a large safari tent, private lake, and plenty of outdoor fun. Perfect for families, birthdays, group get-togethers, or simply letting the kids run free while you relax by the water.

Private 5-acre field with exclusive access
Your own lake for fishing, kayaking, or swimming

Solar-powered electricity for phone charging & outdoor lighting
On-site showers & toilets, with a private toilet near the safari tent

Extra tents welcome at £50 per tent per night (max 4 guests per tent, up to 20 total)

Noise kept low after 10pm (no car speakers, reasonable volume only)
Fires must be extinguished before sleeping
All rubbish must be bagged & binned
Day guests must leave before dark
Deposit required (refundable after inspection if rules followed)
