The main level offers a great open concept kitchen, dining and living room complete with warm wood stove and two large slider doors. Also on the main level is a bedroom with bunk bed (twin on top double on bottom) that sleeps 3 people and a full bath with washer and dryer. The second level is a loft style bedroom with queen bed, futon and flat screen TV, this room will accommodate up to 4 people. Enjoy the peace and quiet that Madison, NH has to offer while being only minutes away from all the activities and shopping in North Conway! If you are planning a trip in the winter and plan to snowmobile, this house may be the perfect fit! Located right along the power lines which link into Corridor 19, please see owners description below.

Take a left at yellow house and stay to your right side of the house. Ride along side of road toward Community Market. Next cross street Rt. 113 to Community Market Parking lot and follow trail on right. Trail will take you on trail 19 North or South.""_

We were able to book this place very last minute, and it ended up being perfect for our needs. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. One of the fitted sheets on the upstairs bed had noticeable stains, which was unpleasant. Fortunately, we found a clean replacement. We also didn’t realize that key pickup required a 10-minute detour to the property management office, which would’ve been good to know in advance. Lastly, after long days of hiking, we found the seating options in the home a bit limited and not particularly comfortable. With a few small upgrades, this place could be even better.

House was fine to stay at. It was clean but needs maintenance. The upstairs bed is very soft and “v” to the middle. Most attractions are about 1/2 hour away.
