• The booking price includes a property damage protection fee to cover up to $3,000 of coverage for accidental contents damage and accidental property damage. (Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $150 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $5 every additional night). Property damage protection is included for any damages, subject to exclusions and limitations, that occur to the premises during your rental period. Any damage or accident that is not covered under the policy will be the responsibility of the guest. Damage amounts in excess of damage insurance will be charged to the guest.
• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form/contract via the PMI Vacationland Guest Portal prior to their check-in date. This will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
• PMI Vacationland utilizes a third-party to screen guest identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

Very nice property and the location was perfect for us. I give it a 4.8 out of 5.The reason why it's not 5 the microwave kept tripping. I had to reset the circuit breaker or just not use the microwave.

I just wanted to note that the stay was 14 days, not 3, as indicated in my previous review. I extended my stay from 9 days to 14...Not sure why Vrbo thought I was there for just 3.

Clean, comfortable, well-equipped rustic yet high-tech chalet-style cabin. On the main road of the village but not much traffic at all. Very close to two nice ponds. The porches were fantastic. Tom the host was very responsive. Loved it so much--stayed an extra week! Close to so many attractions.
