Spacious 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath vacation rental in Eidelweiss Village. This large home is a perfect 4-season getaway destination offering space for up to 8 people. The floor plan is open and airy and will accommodate everyone in your group effortlessly! The main living area has sizable wraparound leather sofa, a perfect spot to gather and relax after a busy day in the Valley; not to mention the open-concept kitchen that will afford your group the opportunity to spend quality time together while fixing a great meal. The main level includes an open concept kitchen, living and dining area, as well as a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The second level of the home offers a bedroom with queen bed and twin size roll away bed, a bedroom with king bed, and an additional sleeping area with 2 twin beds and a half bath. Outside you will find a Juliet balcony as well as an ample size deck equipped with a propane grill and a good size sized fire pit that's just begging to have s’mores roasted over it! 5 beautiful beaches are only minutes away and Silver Lake is only a few miles down the road! The local mountains like King Pine, Cranmore and Attitash are about 15 – 25 minutes from this great house!

SECOND LEVEL: Bedroom with queen bed and twin size roll away bed, bedroom with king bed, area with 2 twin beds and half bath.
AMENITIES INCLUDE: Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cable TV, internet, wood stove, 3 window Air Conditioners (summer only), pool table w/ interchangeable ping pong top, Foosball table & dart board (in basement), standard coffee maker and Keurig, 2 person canoe, gas grill and fire pit - FIRE PERMIT REQUIRED.
AVAILABLE: Weekend and weekly rentals during the spring, summer, fall and winter.

Further, the property was spotless and well maintained!During our stay, we had full access to North Conway (15mins), 4-5 ski resorts (45mins), and snowmobile trails. Needless to say, we were close to everything! We developed a great relationship with the Bowes and Select Real Estate. We had a few requests and questions regarding the house and they were more than accommodating.I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a family vacation home!
