Lovely, welcoming home in a beautiful location. Bird & bear watching was great! View from the top of the neighborhood - spectacular. Plenty of space for our group of 6 to spread out for the short time we were there. I loved that the kitchen was so fully stocked.I've been in some rentals where I struggled to cook a basic meal. We did have an issue which we communicated to the hosts and they resolved it as quickly as they could. My husband picked the property as a surprise get together for my 60th birthday with our kids. I would choose this property again for similar get-togethers - overall I was very pleased. The only (minor) negatives were 1) having to take all of our own towels, sheets, etc. We did not own the right size sheets (we didn't have king fitted, our kids did not have a queen set) and dragging them back home to wash was annoying on top of the other chores to do 'post-getaway' when we returned. 2) With checkout at 10 AM and the expectation stated to leave the house in 'move-in' condition, that didn't allow us much time to relax/do laundry that morning before we left, and we had to get up fairly early to vacuum floors and clean all sinks, tubs, fridge surfaces, etc. If time is being left between move outs and ins, I would assume the property is being checked and cleaned between tenants and that cost is built into the price. The posted write up for the property didn't imply we needed to do much more than run the dishwasher, take out trash/food, and remove belongings.

We are first time renters as a family of 4 and our 7yr Shitzu Brady. The communication with Jenn & Rocco was always great! When we arrived my first impression was how spotless the house was and how great it smelled. Their home is supplied with everything you could possibly need. We loved the decor, view and the spacious rooms. We skied Cranmore and King Pine during February vacation break. Both are in reasonable distance. We have 2 girls aged 16 and 12. As they entered the house they ran to all the rooms screaming “this place is awesome”! They loved that every room had a TV , so they didn’t have to fight over which room they would take. I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the Spring! We hope we can become seasonal renters! We read the guest book and so many people our repeat renters and we understand why. The price and the hospitality makes people come back. We were so pleased with everything and we thank Rocco and Jenn for sharing your beautiful home! The home was beautiful and larger than we expected! Our kids LOVED the bunk bed room, very unique and creative solution to the space. Great location near Conway. Responsive and caring hosts. Don’t forget to BRING BEDDING… we didn’t see that…
