Very spacious. Lots of room for everyone to relax, play pool, read or cook!

Driveway/ street incline very steep, vehicles bottom out. Not enough bear proof trash barrels for the size of occupancy, and the bears nightly visits did not make us feel comfortable utilizing the outdoor fire pit.
