THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE A DOCK. THERE IS A SANDY BEACH JUST DOWN THE STREET CALLED "GENEVA BEACH". ALSO, THE DRIVEWAY SITS UP HIGHER THAN THE HOUSE WITH STAIRS THAT LEAD DOWN TO THE HOUSE FROM THE DRIVEWAY.)
