Booked the house for a Thanksgiving getaway with family. The house was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. It was well equipped with pretty much everything you would need for a comfortable stay. From kitchen essentials, outdoor grilling tools, Plenty of blankets and towels. It even had a crock pot. The host David was very friendly and accommodating, easy to reach if necessary. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

The house was great with open spaces. The kitchen, though small, is very well stocked. Host is great, Instructions are clear. Overall a great stay. There is no ac, so the first night we were really sweating, but that's summer in New England. If it is going to be hot for a stay, I suggest bringing extra fans - the living room doesn't have any.

Thank you Dave, this location and property was perfect as our family’s launching point to Kayak the Saco and Hike the Whites! The huge deck and the awesome flat top grill provided the after adventure gathering place to share the days events and recharge! Great property that made the trip sooo much better!
