We have made many changes and upgrades to our home, We now have a washer/dryer for your convenience.
For summer months we have a 10,000 BTU window air conditioner and a small window ac in the main bedroom.
Spotlessly, clean chalet in Eidelweiss Village, just minutes from Kancamagus Highway, Conway and North Conway. Our home might appear a little small from the outside, but our main level is an open concept where you can see from the deck to the dining room and kitchen.
Our wooded setting provides a peaceful, back-to-nature vacation. We are 1/4 mile from Middle Pea Pond (there are five in Eidelweiss). Little Pea pond and Middle Pea pond are connected and if you have a kayak or canoe you can paddle through both ponds. We do not provide kayaks. There is also a playground area near Little Pond and a basketball court by Middle Pond off Eidelweiss Dr. You can enjoy many year-round, outdoor activities in Mount Washington Valley. When you return after your day trip, you can relax around our approved fire pit. Guests must obtain a guest permit to use the fire pit or you will be fined by the Madison Police Department

the house is much bigger than it looks from the outside. The three bedrooms are very spacious and comfortably can sleep 8 guests. The main floor open living space was very spacious. We enjoyed eating lunch on the deck at the newer table and chair set. it's a half mile to the beach but an easy walk. Plenty of parking at the beach if you prefer to drive. There are plenty of things to do within a 15-30 minute drive, This was our second trip to this neighborhood and will definitely be back again.

The house was charming, the host of accommodating to our reservation, but the number of things required to stay will make us move away from using VRBO. We pay so many fees, however the experience requires maintenance as if we own the property. We didn't get any linens (sheets or pillow cases), nor did we get any bathroom towels. I reached out to a number provided, but it was my mistake that I believe I texted a land line, as we realized we didn't have sheets until late in the evening and I didn't want to call.
If I need to open up the house, and close it down, while also doing the dishes during a certain time, while emptying the dehumidifier, than I shouldn't pay a cleaning & convenience fee.
