Tucked into a quiet private lake community, this cozy, dog-friendly cottage is a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy time together, surrounded by woods, water, and fresh mountain air.
Mornings are best spent outside with coffee on the deck, listening to loons and wildlife as the lake wakes up. From the cottage, it’s a short walk (about half a mile) to the water, where two community beaches offer swimming, kayaking, fishing, and space to relax by the shore. Quiet trails wind through the community, perfect for easy walks with the dog or family throughout the day.
After a day at the lake, come back to grill dinner, relax in the spacious yard, or gather around the fire pit as evening settles in. Inside, there’s space for everyone—kids can enjoy games and books, while adults unwind in the additional living area with board games, cards, or a drink at the end of the day.
When you’re ready to explore beyond the community, this centrally located area makes it easy. The cottage is about 15 minutes from the Kancamagus Highway and roughly 20 minutes from North Conway, offering scenic drives, hiking trails, outlet shopping, restaurants, outdoor outfitters, train rides, and family favorites like Story Land and Santa’s Village. After a full day out, it’s always nice to return to the calm and quiet of the lake.
