About this house rental
You'll love vacationing in this beautiful, immaculate home that offers the perfect combination of privacy while being just steps away from the beach (less than a 2 minute walk, one house away and across the street and you're there). Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck and an evening drink on the front porch. Three bedrooms and finished basement sleep up to eight people. Enjoy a movie on the living room or basement TV. We provide Wifi, ROKU TV, and you can hook into your own Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, or other accounts. Enjoy a good game of Foosball, an old-fashioned board game or connect your PS3 or XBox (remember to bring your HDMI cable.) Fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook and eat in, or cook out on the gas grille. Roast some marshmallows, make some smores, or just enjoy a nice fire around the firepit . Two full baths. Laundry room. 4 Beach chairs, 3 floating tubes and noodles are yours to use. 5 minute drive to North Conway. 30 minutes to Storyland. 1 h 20 min. to Santa's Village. there is a welcoming center in North Conway with information about local attractions and hiking trails.

The house had everything you needed and more! It was very comfortable and clean. The owner was extremely nice and friendly and accommodating! He was a pleasure to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place !

The house was great! So clean and had everything we needed! It was great to be just a quick walk from the pond and also so close to various hiking locations!
