This home is within walking distance to both Middle and Big Pea Porridge Ponds.

Second Level: Bedroom with queen (sleeps 2) and smart TV, and full bath with shower.
Finished Basement: Bedroom with 2 twins (sleeps 2), family room with smart TV, 2 pull out sofas (1 queen size and 1 double/full size) and laundry room.
AVAILABILITY:
Spring, Summer and Fall short term, 2 - 7 night minimum stay. Also available for winter season rental, November 1 - May 5 - Call for details.

The house was clean and welcoming. It was pet friendly and the shops nearby were also pet friendly. It was only about 20 minutes to North Conway where we could shop and sightsee. We really enjoyed the rustic setting and quiet location of the house. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was immaculately clean! we enjoyed our stay very much with the exception of a wind storm knocking out our power in the early morning for about 6 hours. It got cold very quick!

We enjoyed our time in Madison. The beach was great. The rental itself isIn need of a makeover. The furnishings are old and not as nice as we are used to. It was maintained and It did serve us well as far as the price and size so I guess that is what we needed. Thank you.
