Gorgeous Mountain View, 3 BR Home!

Place was amazing! Matched the description correctly. The only concern is the place is in need of a deep clean and updated pillows/beds. Other than that it was one of the top places we have stayed. Will absolutely be booking again soon!

Amazing views! The space was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Communication with the host and check-in & check-out were all smooth and easy. Not the most comfortable beds, but worth the slight discomfort for the stunning porch views each night and morning.

THE VIEW!!!! It's amazing!!! Best view of any place we've rented, ever, by far. Also, really clean and comfy, ample room with lots of seating, very well-stocked, just a great setup geared towards vaca renters. Super quiet and peaceful, but only 5 minutes to a well-stocked convenience store/deli/pizza place, and a short trip to Conway. We always go to Mt Washington Hotel's Rosebrook Bar for lunch with a view of the mountain (hour drive). We'll be back!!!

We were disappointed to find the following conditions: The single air conditioner on the main level was turned off — in 90 degree heat/humidity with full sun exposure at the sliding doors — all blinds were open to that heat. Add to that the smell of urine in the lower level bedrooms — and unmade beds with ‘satin’ sheets in bags for us to DIY. In addition, the Refrigerator was unplugged, requiring us to make a dash to the local grocery store in N. Conway to purchase styrofoam coolers, and bags of ice for our perishable foods. It took TWELVE HOURS for the refrigerator to come up to temp for our perishable foods. Advertising an air-conditioned property was NOT necessarily true when 1 single window air-conditioner was all there was. I did not expect a ‘hotel’ environment, but I didn’t expect to make my own bed. Worst of all was the ‘urine’ smell on the lower level — it was too much for me to tolerate, so I slept on the sofa upstairs. The view doesn’t make up for the URINE SMELL, and FALSE ADVERTISING!My recommendation: Invest in ‘mini splits’ to properly cool and dehumidify the place. Trash the stinky carpeting downstairs. DO NOT unplug the refrigerator when renters are slated to arrive.
