About this house rental
This is kind of a busy neighborhood, just 1 turn off a main road, easy to find and easy to get in or out. We are close to everything in just about any direction. The Mall at Johnson City is 5 miles south on SR 36. We have bicycling trails, great roads for motorcycle riding. Lots of history, Tennessee's Oldest town is only 5 miles away. Boone Lake is basically all around us in several different directions.

We had everything we needed. There were board games, books and plenty of play equipment. I would stay again if I am in the area.

This little home was easy to find and was in a good location for us to get to ETSU. It was a nice clean home away from home.

We were visiting our daughter/granddaughter who attends ETSU. It was conveniently located within 15-20 minutes of campus, and the house was immaculately clean. We will definitely use this hiuse again.
