It is very clean and conveniently located. The house's layout is great, and the downstairs room is perfect. Would stay there again.

Rented the property for the month of July to escape the Florida heat for a bit. First of all, the photos on VRBO do not do the property justice. It is much nicer than the photos. Layout was excellent for my wife and I. Kitchen was spacious with everything we needed to stay for the month. My sister and brother in law flew in for a few days and the basement was perfect giving them complete privacy. Excellent layout. The property is very conveniently located and no more than 10-15 minutes from everything. Publix and Walmart less than 5 minutes. We would definitely stay here again if visiting this area. Excellent experience. Oh, there are also deer that visit the backyard periodically!

Karen’s property was a perfect stay for 2 couples who came to TN to play golf. Working with Karen was easy!
There are grocery stores near by, many restaurants, and Graysburg Hills 27 holes a short country drive away through beautiful country.
The house was clean, decorated so nice and the kitchen had everything we needed for meals at the house. We would definitely stay again.
