Great location to ETSU and down town. Clean and all the amenities. The AC is very cold when you need it. Lots of towels as well, usually find most properties skimp on these items but nothing has been skimped here!

It was very clean, well organized and check in was easy. We need to extend for a couple days and that did not present a problem

Hot water lasted less than 10 minutes, leak in downstairs bathroom, drains needed to be cleared, pictures make it seem like there are 3 sleeping areas when in fact there is a roll out in closet.
