About this house rental

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located heart of the tri- cities.. Easy access to the tri-cities airport, Boone lake, Kingsport, Johnson City and Bristol areas.

The space
The upstairs has one queen bedroom with huge master bath. Ground level living has a half bath with queen sofa bed. Ground level parking and also a garage on lowest level.

property was perfect for my visit. location was great. Host was easy to work with, It was very clean and well stocked. The garage was a plus, for my young dog to release energy safely.

This condo was perfect! Excellent location, easy access to highway. Beautiful safe neighborhood. Condo was supplies with everything one would need. Rooms were very clean. Will definitely come back!

This was a fantastic find! Very quiet neighborhood. The property was exactly as described. Very cozy! Host communication was excellent and quick but we had no issues with our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.
