Location. Great TV viewing and selection. Warm blankets. Nice amenities and clean.
That the neighborhood was a bit run down and that the couch wasn’t very comfortable as well as small scale furniture in living Rm. Would have enjoyed a recliner chair. The steep stairs and also person in apt 6 banged doors frequently! To the point I thought it was an earthquake! Scared us.

The apartment was nicely appointed!
The location was fine except for a small incident with a couple of sketch men that came up the stairs to our apt.
Just an FYI the outlet in the bathroom did not work. No big deal tho.
