Our guests our able to access these apartments by an electronic lock that is on the door. We send out the code to the door the day before your arrival. Please note this apartment is at the top of a flight of stairs.

Plus, guests get to enjoy the quiet peaceful setting of being right outside of the downtown noise. This apartment is located in the perfect place to enjoy all that Johnson City has to offer.

Most people get around by car, however, this apartment is located close enough to many restaurants, parks, breweries, and more to bike or walk. Founder's Park, Wild Wings Cafe, White Duck Taco, Yee-haw Brewery, and more are only .5 a mile away.

While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.
We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, and NO cats or birds, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.

You have all the comforts of a small home. Clean, quiet and comfortable!. Even for our extended stay the kitchen facilities are great. God bless your Sanctuary. For it has been our sanctuary and a place to rest until our home is ready to move into. Cheryl and Mike

This was a very clean and comfortable apartment. It was well decorated and just plain cozy. We were in town to watch a nephew play with the Johnson City Doughboys and it turned out this place was only about 5 min from the stadium! Added unforeseen benefit! We were able to bring our dog as well. We were able to get around Johnson City and the surrounding area easily. And there is an adorable front porch to relax on.

This place was comfortable and the a/c worked so well (it was HOT when I was visiting) everything seemed new. This particular unit was on the third floor, which I loved. It was all easy peasy and the hosts gave clear instructions and they were friendly.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again, my friend and I stayed 3 nights and we only got 2 towels for the whole stay, pillows not super great, definitely bring your own. It was clean and very cute.
