Most people get around by car, however, this apartment is located close enough to many restaurants, parks, breweries, and more to bike or walk. Founder's Park, Wild Wings Cafe, White Duck Taco, Yee-haw Brewery, and more are only .5 a mile away.

While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.
We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals(DOGS ONLY), in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.
LONG TERM STAYS:
Please note that for reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to $150. This adjusted fee may not be automatically reflected in the total shown at checkout during the booking process. If applicable, it will be communicated and then added separately prior to your stay. The host was great to work with us. The remodeling and appointments were very up to date and nice. The rugs or the couch could have been cleaner but overall we loved the place!

Host was very responsive and detailed. The property was clean and easy to get to. I even accidentally left my pillow there and they told me and we picked it up on my next trip. The only complaint at all is that the back bedroom was rather cold and the space heater would trip if I didn't keep it on low. Great place otherwise!

Very cute, comfortable and perfect for my quick house hunting trip. The host was extremely accommodating when I had to change plans due to a back to school night.
