About this house rental
This is kind of a busy neighborhood, just 1 turn off a main road, easy to find and easy to get in or out. We are close to everything in just about any direction. The Mall at Johnson City is 5 miles south on SR 36. We have bicycling trails, great roads for motorcycle riding. Lots of history, Tennessee's Oldest town is only 5 miles away. Boone Lake is basically all around us in several different directions.

This house was very comfortable for our family of 4 for several nights. The host was easy to communicate with. Everything was as described in the listing. It was very clean and the host had a lot of attention to detail to make our stay smooth.

Me and my buddy are working out of town and got tired of living in hotel rooms. We was very glad that we booked this home with Theresa. It reminded me of my grandmas house when I was younger and had a cabin feeling to it. When we wasn’t working, we would spend most our time in the reclining sofas watching tv. This place had a huge basement with Ping Pong, Darts, Basketball, Air Hockey, and more, which was a great way to chill out after a days work and feel like a kid again. I definitely recommend booking with Theresa, I know I will be again in the future. Upon an easy checkin, they were many snacks of various kinds to choose from waiting on the kitchen table. The neighbors, which I believe were family, were very kind and would always ask if we needed anything when we would see them out. 10 out of 10 stay for sure, Thanks Theresa!
