Owner was very responsive to messages and had no issues with the property. It's an older house so as long as your expectations aren't unreasonable it's a fine place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood, short dead end street, so if you're used to the country like me you can actually sleep here, unlike the noise of downtown rentals. Was perfect for our quick stay for a visit to ETSU, an easy 20 minute drive to campus.

Quiet community, friendly hosts and only 12 minutes from the Appalachian Fairgrounds. If our travels take us back to this area, we would rebook.
