It includes a game room with small pool Table, dart board, workout area with a bowflex machine and a treadmill. 5 miles from kingsport about 3 miles from Johnson city. private and quiet with a paved drive way and carport. Includes wifi and basic cable.

The house was clean and fresh. Having coffee and a few snacks on hand was delightful. Owner reached out several times to see if everything was fine.
