3rd bedroom has a queen bed, 32in roku TV, closet.
Full bathroom with tub/shower combo, double sink, hair dryer, large mirror plus a full mirror, the washer and dryer is in the bathroom.
The living room is very large with sitting for 7 people comfortably, 55in. roku TV, fireplace (with insert fireplace), desk for work.
The kitchen is well stock with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, pot and pans, dishes for a family of 7.
Outside we got a Firepit to sit around with sting light, or sit in the swing, or the bench with back by all looking at the beautiful mountain views, you can watch animals (cows & goats) also while looking at the mountains. You can sit on the front porch in the morning while you enjoy your morning coffee. Enjoy a cookout on the carport while sitting at a patio table and chairs relax on the patio loveseat and chairs with cushions. A very quiet and nice neighborhood. Please come and be our guests.
Granny's house is 2 miles from the Historic town of Jonesborough, The Oldest Town in Tennessee.
Check out all the historic buildings, Christopher Taylor House, Chester Inn Museum, Heritage Alliance, Depot Street Brewing, Wetlands Water Park, The International Storytelling Festival.
Very close to Nolichucky River so you can go fishing, river rafting,15 minute drive to Johnson City, ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Tweetsie Trail, downtown JC. 40 minute drive to Bristol, the Bristol Motor Speedway, Bristol Caverns, downtown Bristol you can be in 2 states at the sametime. It's also a 30 minute drive to Historic town of Greenville, President Andrew Johnson National Historic site, David Crockett birthplace. You could be on the Blue Ridge Parkway in 1 hour, Asheville Biltmore Estate in 1 hour, to skiing in last then a hour, the Historic Abingdon, Barter Theatre, the Virginia Creeper Trail in 1 hour. A hour and a half drive off I40 Exit 407 going to be the exit to the new Buc-ee's, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. So much more!!
