Sa Pinnetta, located in a closed residential area, is surrounded by beautiful pine forests and is based in a very green area, thus providing the perfect place to relax and shut down from the hassles of daily life.
The flat itself has two bedrooms and a kitchen attached to a living room and is one of the most well equipped holiday flats we’ve ever stayed in. The terrace is roofed and beautifully furnished with a big dining table and a sitting area. The garden is also very beautiful with a very nice view of the mountains and a big lawn to lie down on or play with children. The closest pebbled beach is a few minutes’ walk away and within a 2 minute drive is the beautiful beach of Tuerredda. Other beautiful beaches can be reached within a 10-15 minute drive. Our favorite was Cala Cipolla.
The closest bigger town is Pula (a 20 minute drive), which has several supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. In Sa Pinnetta, all the basics can be bought from a mini supermarket which is around 4 km away from the holiday flat.
This is definitely one of the holidays that we will always remember with a big smile on our faces. We will also never forget the landlord Mario Fiori. He is such a nice and friendly person and if you stay in his holiday flat, you will notice that he has put a lot of thought and effort to make his guests feel comfortable. When we arrived, Mario took the time to drive around and showed us the main places we could go to. He also invited us for a drink at one of the local café bars. A side note for those who don’t speak any Italian. Please do not let this hinder you in visiting Sa Pinnetta. We also don’t speak any Italian, but were able to perfectly communicate with Mario by using Google Translate and a translation app.
