About this villa rental
Bilevel house consisting of two almost independent units, 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two large verandas. A 3 minute walk to the beautiful Abamar beach.
Located in the very nice and quiet condominium La Perla Marina, the area is well served and the Market and the commercial area are within walking distance (butcher, fishmonger and some shops) Attention are open until September, from October onwards closed.
Beach bar also open at night for dinner with music and theme nights and the possibility of enjoying the starry nights on the sea (always June-September)
Possibility to rent inflatable boats, pegs and sun beds with umbrella.
The village is located near the beautiful beaches of Chia, Campana, Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Tuerredda, Porto Pino with the beautiful Dunes of the "White Sands", and many others with pristine shores and free from settlements. Possibility of fantastic walks on coasts with very high cliffs and breathtaking views (for example fantastic view from the lighthouse of Capo Spartivento).
The village is located 10 minutes from the lively town of Pula and 15 minutes from the archaeological site of Nora with its Roman ruins and the beautiful lagoon.
Near the beautiful beaches of Chia, Campana, Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Tuerredda, Porto Pino with the beautiful Dunes of the "White Sands", and many others with pristine shorelines. Possibility of fantastic walks on coasts with very high cliffs and breathtaking views.
A 3 'walk to the "Pula Adventure Park" with paths on the trees for children and adults, with an adjoining dining area, open from April to December (from mid-September only on Sundays).
At about 20 'there is also a nice water park, the Blufan, an exceptional attraction for children (open from 1 July to 10 September, see website).

The house is conveniently located, steps away from the local beach and very close to the most popular ones. Michela was a great host, always contactable. Thanks for everything!

The house was nice, with a lot of privacy, and located very close to the beach. We loved the smell of the pinetrees. We were with 4 people. I have no idea how more than 4, let alone 10 people, would fit comfortably in the small sized livingroom if you have to spent evenings inside the house (like us, as it was too cold in the evenings to sit outside). The house has a nice atmosphere, but overall it was not very clean and too many things didn’t work properly (e.g. tv, lamp for going upstairs, toilet flush). No microwave as stated in the ad. I know it’s a personal preference, but the mattrass in the master bedroom was way too firm for us. Michela was communicative and friendly and offered to fix all the things that weren’t working.
