Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 in questo appartamento dotato di ogni accessorio, dalla lavastoviglie alla lavatrice,all'aria condizionata. Posizione strategica vicino a Chia. Emanuele, il proprietario, davvero gentilissimo ed ospitale. Insomma, prenotate ad occhi chiusi!

La casa ha soddisfatto completamente le esigenze mie e della mia famiglia. Ottima la posizione in quanto poco distante dalla spiaggia e l'accoglienza del Sig. Emanuele e della Sua mamma è stata veramente degna di nota. Ci sono tutte le premesse per un futuro ritorno.

We had great summer holiday at this apartment, and I strongly recommend renting this property, where I hope to return. The owners are extremely nice and always available; they gave us excellent advice on Restaurants and things to do during our stay. The apartment is in the second floor of a nice house 50mts from the beach. From the balcony you have the sea view on the picture. The house is in a private condominium in the middle of a pine tree forest. It is fresh and very close to the beach. It is so close that you can go for a swim in the sea early in the morning and return home for breakfast! There are three bed rooms (each has wardrobes), two toilets (one in the ground floor and another in the apartment), shower, well equipped kitchen, cable T.V. and A/C! You can park the car in the private garden of house under the pine trees shadow. There is a pergola next to a BBQ where you can eat, or just leave all the beach stuff while you shower in the garden. The place is simple and the location is excellent, it is a quiet house neighbourhood with private access to a beautiful sand beach. The owner put at our disposal a beach umbrella and beach chairs, however if you want to rent an umbrella there is beach local only 250mts from the house where you can even have aqua gym lessons. You can walk to the Forte Village hotel (5 stars), but I preferred the beach in front of the apartment because it was less crowded than the beach front of the hotel. The apartment is also within walking distance of a supermarket, 15min. drive from Pula, where you can find free-parking a lot of restaurants and ice-cream shops, and street entertainment at night, 20min. drive from Chia where you can rent a boat in visit paradisiac beaches. My only regret is that I could not stay longer! The owner speaks English and he is very available to answer any questions. I hope to return to this property because we had a wonderful summer holiday there.

Con mia moglie e 3 amici ho soggiornato in questa casa dal 6 al 27 di agosto 2016. Abbiamo trascorso 3 splendide settimane !!! La casa è veramente come viene descritta, ben attrezzata e molto comoda, a pochi passi da una bellissima spiaggia e da un mare cristallino. I proprietari Emanuele e Paola sono persone veramente “speciali” , ci hanno accolti all’arrivo e “purtroppo “ salutati alla partenza in maniera splendida, persone molto discrete e disponibilissime a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità. Cosa aggiungere se non ribadire la bellissima vacanza in un posto meraviglioso !!!
