Semi-detached villa with garden and sea view about 10 minutes walk from Capitana beach, 10 km from the famous Poetto beach and a few minutes drive from the beaches of Mari Pintau, Torre delle Stelle and Solanas. Nearby are supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacies. It is recommended to have your own means of transport during your stay.
The villa was completed in 2019, modern and equipped with every comfort. 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 triple) all with private bathroom and air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen, with induction hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine '. Upstairs sitting area with sea view. The garden surrounds the house on 3 sides, a large porch for outdoor dining with a barbecue. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, TV, hairdryer. Wifi available. Upon your arrival you will find clean sheets and all linen for your stay. Washing machine and iron are available for our guests.

In Cagliari, in about 30 minutes by car, it is possible to find shopping centers / large supermarkets, as well as cinemas, bars and excellent restaurants.
The villa is easily reachable from Cagliari Elmas airport about 25km away. Cagliari and its historic center are 16km away, the main beaches of the south-east coast of Sardinia can be reached in a few minutes by car. Capitana beach is the closest and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The villa can also be reached by public transport and the closest bus stop is 600m away. It is recommended to have a car available.

Abbiamo soggiornato 13 notti in 7 persone in questa splendida bifamiliare. Dotata di ogni confort, corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione fornita.
La pulizia era impeccabile, non abbiamo mai soggiornato in una casa così pulita. Biancheria da letto e da bagno in abbondanza per tutti gli ospiti della casa.
I proprietari Lucilla e Santo sono stati gentili e accoglienti.
Nelle vicinanze spiagge molto belle che non hanno nulla da invidiare a quelle ben più blasonate di Villasimius.
Non possiamo che dare il massimo punteggio a questa sistemazione.

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 notti su questa bella proprietà e siamo risciti con 1 oretta o poco più di strada a raggiungere tutte le spiaggie da Muravera a Chia. La proprietà é nuovissima ben curata e pulita con un ampio giardino e una fantastica veranda dove abbiamo potuto cenare anche sfruttando il barbecue a disposizione.
I proprietari Lucilla e Santo gentilissimi e sempre pronti a dare qualche buon consiglio.
Consigliatissimo anche a famiglie numerose o gruppi multifamiglia vista anche la praticità del bagno in ogni camera.

Grazie a Casacilla abbiamo scoperto un angolo di Sardegna che ancora non avevamo esplorato.
Da questa meravigliosa residenza in una dolce collina, dotata di tutti i comfort (fra cui l'aria condizionata e i bagni per ogni camera sono dei veri plus introvabili, risultati poi indispensabili nell'infuocato periodo delle nostre ferie) ogni giorno ci siamo diretti (rigorosamente in auto) in tante splendide spiagge, con spostamenti da pochi minuti a poco più di mezz'ora. Il soggiorno è stato ancora più gradito per la presenza dei proprietari nella villetta adiacente a Casacilla: accoglienza squisita fin da subito, disponibili per ogni esigenza, ma allo stesso tempo estremamente discreti. Un grazie sincero e tanti complimenti alla Sig.ra Lucilla e a suo marito per questo posto unico.
