If you want to spend a dream holiday in the south of the wonderful Sardinia this villa is the one for you.
It is located in an area that allows you to reach the most beautiful beaches, from Poetto to Villasimius to Costa Rei in a few minutes. The nearest beach is 2km, 5 minutes by car.
What characterizes it, in addition to the interiors finished and equipped with every comfort, is the well-kept garden equipped with a barbecue, where you can cook your dinners and enjoy them on the large panoramic terrace.
Suitable for young people and families.
June and September offer quieter holidays, less hot but still good weather and less crowded beaches.
From 6 people onwards you pay a supplement of €30 for person at night

Everything was amazing. Views are beyond incredible.Be careful with the fireplace as lighting the dire fills the house with smoke. Hot water can disappear after one person showers

Lovely property and location. Owner was friendly and helpfull. However, lack of mantainance. Also inadequate cooling, felt during hot summer, in upstairs lounge, bedroom and outhouse even after ACs had been cleaned by the owner on the second day. We had to ask for 2 fans which were thankfully provided the next day. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The vacation apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet area with a fantastic view. There are also numerous beautiful beaches in the surrounding area that can be reached in a short time. The house itself offers a lot of space and is therefore also suitable for larger families or groups. We would particularly like to highlight the hosts—they were consistently friendly, courteous, and always helpful. Communication was also absolutely smooth.However, we were less satisfied with the furnishings and cleanliness. Although there are many things in abundance (e.g., towels, pots, dishes), some of the furnishings are very old and unfortunately no longer in a clean condition. For example, we found greasy pans in the kitchen and very old toilet brushes. This was particularly disappointing considering the high cleaning fee of 300 that we paid. There is an urgent need for improvement here.Overall, the negative points outweigh the positive ones for us – therefore, despite its beautiful location and friendly hosts, we would probably not book the house again.
