Amazing rental that is even better in person. We rented the downstairs section for the 2 of us and we were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. The furniture and giant TVs made relaxing so easy and the dedicated outdoor space was so beautiful that we spent a large portion of our vacation hanging there. We dined outside as well and used the grill many nights. This is really just a great property and it had everything you could want while traveling. Beaches are close as is a little town with restaurants and shopping but you have privacy away from the city. The upstairs is equally as lovely and has its own private outdoor area but we really enjoyed the downstairs with its outdoor lounge. Very safe and secure property that’s completely fenced for our dog as well. I cannot recommend it more highly and we are professional travelers who have stayed in 70+ locations in Europe over the past 2 years.

Sehr komfortables Appartment im Erdgeschoss mit einer tollen Terrasse. Der eingezäunte Garten war perfekt für unsere Hunde.

Spacious and comfortable property surrounded by a large garden. Loved the big covered terrace - perfect for outside dining. Location is about 20 minutes drive from Cagliari in a very rural spot with views of the mountains. Small kitchenette, no oven but there is a hob and microwave. A car is essential as there is nothing in walking distance. You can drive to many stunning beaches in about 30 to 40 minutes such as Spiaggia di Mari Pintau and Capo Carbonara further along the coast.

Listing mentioned a hot tub - assumed this was an outdoor hot tub but it was referring to the bathroom of the upstairs apartment. Not a big deal but the listing is a bit confusing.
