Ideal geographical context for those who want to spend a holiday between relaxation and fun and discover the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia. The house is located in the heart of beautiful beaches on one side towards the south coast we find Torre delle stelle, Solanas, Villasimius and Costa rei, on the other side the beautiful city of Cagliari with its museums and its beach of over 12km. The house is independent on one floor (ground floor), excellent for young families and all ages. Located on the coast of Quartu Sant'Elena (a nice and welcoming town) and close to Cagliari, a splendid and peaceful city with its 'Il Poetto' beach with its kiosks (where you will find a refreshment point, music, entertainment and much more, always open) restaurants pizzerias bars etc. The house is equipped with every comfort and equipment as follows: Living room with fireplace, kitchenette, Two bathrooms, Two double bedrooms Two bedrooms (which can easily be transformed into small double bedrooms). The house is equipped with air conditioning. Magnificent 300 sqm garden with deccenal palm trees that make an evocative and holiday atmosphere even more, two large loggias (100sqm total) with wooden cover that keep the house fresh and comfortable, equipped with a large brick barbecue and tables, chairs, armchairs, TV and rocking chair ideal for excellent outdoor barbecues, outdoor shower to cool off when returning from the beach, equipped gazebos, parking spaces and motorbike sink with external washing machine. on a passé deux semaines formidables.La maison et son jardin agréablement accueillants,endroit tranquille,magasins à proximité.De belles plages de sable à 15 minutes en voiture et la mer à 100m. déjà.Simona et Michele sont d'une grande gentillesse et très serviables.

La nostra vacanza è stata bella e la casa è confortevole ed attrezzata di tutto specialmente i due loggiati. Nelle vicinanze ci sono delle spiagge meravigliose e ben attrezzate.Simona e Michele i due proprietari sono persone veramente squisite ti mettono subito a tuo agio e sono molto disponibili per qualsiasi tua esigenza, ti fanno sentire subito a casa. Siamo statia accolti veramente bene e hanno esaudito ogni nostro desiderio. Un grazie di cuore anche alla mamma di Simona che è una bravissima cuoca e su ordinazione ti fa gustare la cucina tipica sarda
e il pesce.Grazie ancora per la bella vacanza e speriamo di poterci tornare.

"En realidad el anuncio no corresponde a la realidad, la realidad es muchísimo mejor que las fotos!! La casa es fantástica, súper limpia, al lado del mar, con una terraza maravillosa para tomar el sol, descansar y hacer ahí todas las comidas, se está súper a gusto, en el precio lo incluyen todo, agua y luz, ropa de cama y de baño, limpieza, incluso las toallas de playa si lo solicitas, hay otras casas que empiezas a sumar extras y se va muchísimo, pero lo mejor de todo la atención de los dueños. Son una familia estupenda y súper hospitalarios. La mamma ha sido cocinera toda la vida y te ofrecen la opción de preparte las comidas, comidas riquísimas, con productos típicos de la zona, preparación caseras y muy copiosas, pasta, barbacoa de carne, pescados cocinados de mil maneras, un auténtico placer a un precio fantástico!! De verdad que recomendaría a todo el mundo la casa, fue una estancia maravillosa y pienso volver!

La casa è grande, super pulito, vicina al mare, con una magnifica terrazza per prendere il sole, riposare e mangare, è super confortevole, il prezzo all-inclusive, acqua ed elettricità, letto e da bagno, pulizia, anche i teli da spiaggia se si chiede, ci sono altre case di iniziare ad aggiungere extra e va molto, ma meglio di tutti l''attenzione dei loro proprietari. Si tratta di una grande famiglia e super-ospedale. La mamma era cucinare una vita e vi darà l''opzione preparte i pasti, i pasti deliziosi con prodotti tipici locali, la preparazione fatta in casa e molto abbondante, pasta, carni alla brace, pesce cucinato in mille modi, un vero piacere a un prezzo fantastico! Mi raccomando a casa di tutti è stato un soggiorno meraviglioso e ci piacerebbe per tornare!"

"J'ai été très bien accueilli dès notre l'arrivé à Cagliari. Le jardin est vraiment très agréable avec son "Barbecue"et la maison a tout l'équipement qu'il faut.
Pour information, une ligne de Bus se trouve à proximité pour aller à Cagliari ou autre jusqu'à 23h30! Je conseille tout de même un véhicule pour visiter les côtes."
