Sardinia CHIA, terraced rooftop garden weekly rental cottage by the sea, about 800 meters from the beach, in a complex Chia Laguna Resort. All the beaches of Chia are within 15/20 minutes walk or a short drive, using the stands of its beaches. Within a few km from Chia there are beautiful beaches with sand dunes (Nora, s. Margherita, Tuerredda, Teulada, Cala Cipolla, etc.) every day, you can explore a different beach of spectacular protected area of Chia reached in a few minutes car. The village of Chia Laguna (about 300 meters) has a square with boutiques, pharmacy, ATM, ice cream, pizza bar and restaurant.
In the summer there are children's entertainment, shows and / or music every night.
In the urban center of Chia (about 1.5 km) there are restaurants, pizzerias, bars and food shops, bakeries, fishmongers, butchers, fruit and vegetables, are always open during the summer 7 days on 7.

The property was pefect fit to the family, very well equipped, not missing a thing. Communication with the host was very easy. We mainly enjoyed the terrace and grilling in the evenings. Relatively short distance to the beutiful beaches..
