Detached house with private parking 4 km from the sea
The house is located in the south of Sardinia in a typical Sardinian town, Villa San Pietro, a stone's throw from the historic center. The village is quiet and at the same time offers everything you need: supermarket, weekly market, shops, bars, post office, playground and a small medieval church. The next beach is only 4 km away and up to the famous beaches of Chia, among the most beautiful on the island, it is about 20 km away
The house is independent, completely fenced and parked inside the property. The internal space is bright and extends over 120 square meters which can accommodate up to 6 people. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and a closet with washing machine. All bedrooms are air conditioned with a beautiful view of the countryside and greenery surrounding the house.
The large room is furnished with a sofa corner in front of the fireplace and a large massive dining table with chairs in front of the balcony overlooking the garden. The kitchen has just been renovated in a countryside style with light colors and offers a 5 flame stove, an oven, a large fridge and a work bench large enough to prepare all kinds of delicacies that can be enjoyed in the dining room or also at the table outside on the veranda amid the radiant colors of the Hibiscus and the green lawn.

Isabella's home is tucked in a small neighborhood just around the corner from the town center and a small market. Her home is spacious and clean with a well stocked kitchen with all the items you would need to prepare meals at home. The home has lots of windows which can be opened to let the fresh air in but the air conditioning in the bedrooms is nice when it is too hot. The bathroom is spacious although there is not much in the way of towel racks to hang bath towels. The best part is the covered porch in the front of the house which is surrounded by trees, bushes and beautiful flowers! We spent most of our time there enjoying the beautiful breezes. The neighborhood is very quiet. It really felt like home! Thank you Isabella!

Wir haben die Tage im Haus genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, mit schöner Terrasse und liebevoll eingerichtetem Garten. Alle Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Die Matratzen sind sehr bequem. Insgesamt ist alles im Haus von sehr guter Qualität.
Es gab am Anfang Unstimmigkeiten wegen unserem Haustier, was sich aber dann später von alleine geklärt hat. Insgesamt sind wir zum Schluss sehr zufrieden gewesen.

Abbiamo apprezzato i giorni in casa. La casa è molto ben tenuta, con una bella terrazza e un giardino arredato con cura. Tutte le camere dispongono di aria condizionata. I materassi sono molto comodi. Nel complesso, tutto in casa è di ottima qualità.
All'inizio c'erano disaccordi sul nostro animale domestico, ma si è risolto da solo in seguito. Nel complesso, alla fine siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

...We had never been to Sardinia before but wanted to experience it properly, we booked away from the main Cities & rented a car to go places. This was the perfect little bolt hole after a day of exploring. Totally detached with electric gates ( so you don't have to get out of the car, ) walking distance to two Pizzerias & many more within 10 minute drive, plus the all important air con which helped to relax at night. No need to worry about supplies as there was a local shop less than 5 minute walk away & the kitchen had the usual pots & pans etc so evening meals were easy to make.
The owner was absolutely lovely, & although we didn't speak Italian she made us feel incredibly welcome & we managed to communicate quite well using the Google translate app.
Thank you very much for having us, we would definitely come back again.
