Beautiful villa with direct access to the sea through a well maintained private garden.
It 'has three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large living room (with sea view) with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and TV.
You can enjoy lunches and dinners cooked on the barbecue in a large veranda facing the sea and sunbathing on a large lawn. The villa has a private parking that can 'hold 3 cars.
The villa is 35Km (35minuti) airport of Cagliari-Elmas, 6 Km from Pula.
Located in the south of Sardinia, Porto Perd'e Sali (1 Km from the marina), 6 km from the beaches of Nora and Bithia with the historical remains.
The villa is located near famous sites such as the beaches of Chia and Tuerredda, S. Margherita, the luxurious FORT Village, Cape Teulada, the islands of S. Antioco and S. Pietro.

What a wonderful holiday we (family of 6) had in this beautiful house. Step straight into the sea from your garden. We have had many houses in Italy, but this house stands out
at the top of the list of our favorites. Everything in the house is very clean, spacious and neatly in order. The owner and his wife are very friendly, hospitable and helpful. They both speak very good English
and think along carefully. You can tell from them that they really want you to have a great holiday. Mainly on the advice of the owner, we thoroughly enjoyed the following sights in the area:
- Chia beach (swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling and really enjoyed the banana behind the jet ski :-) )
- the city of Cagliari (namely the historic part)
- Had a delicious meal and walked around in Pula a couple of times
- Nora (archaeological site)
and last but not least, every day we thoroughly enjoyed the remarkable BBQ provided by the house. We cannot rule out that we will return to this beautiful house again!

We had a wonderful stay in villa Pula Mare. The appartment is spacious and clean and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach and seaview are great!
The communication with the host Andrea was good and adequate. Everything was perfect. I recommend this place!

The property was amazing! The location of the house, directly accessing the beach was awesome! House included everything we needed to be comfortable and feel like home. We visited many other beaches in the area but realized the beach in our own back yard was just as beautiful! Only issue is getting into the ocean - we had to buy water shoes since there are pebbles along the shore. Once you get into the ocean, the ocean floor is sandy and the water is crystal clear. Would definitely love to come back one day!!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und der Gastgeber für alle Fragen immer gut erreichbar. Auch die Änderung der Buchung bedingt durch die Pandemie ist problemlos erfolgt.
Die Villa ist jedoch eine Wohnung in einem Haus mit ca 10 Wohnungen, das war bei Buchung in der Beschreibung weniger gut zu erkennen.
