Our Laika, complete with a shower, toilet, and all necessary amenities, is perfect for couples and families with children who want to relax and enjoy their vacation at their own pace, creating special memories surrounded by nature, the sea, and unforgettable sunsets.
What’s more, the location is perfect: downtown Cagliari and the famous Poetto Beach are just a 15-minute drive away, while the town of Villasimius is only 45 minutes away.
The Property
Set within a private, fenced-in lot of approximately 2,000 square meters, surrounded by greenery and meticulously maintained, you’ll find the ideal setting to relax in close contact with nature. The property features a fully equipped RV, 1 bathroom—inside the RV—and a cozy little cottage with a space where you can eat indoors. There are over 30 olive trees and about 10 citrus trees, as well as a barbecue area perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners.
