Casa Caboni is located in the Flumini di Quartu area, just a short walk from the sea and strategically situated between the city of Cagliari (a 15-minute drive away) and the beautiful beaches of Solanas, Mari Pintau, Villasimius, and Costa Rei.
The villa has two floors. The first floor features a living area with a spacious living room, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine, a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom (accessible for people with disabilities), and a large courtyard with a barbecue for gatherings with friends. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with TVs and air conditioning, a second bathroom, and a spacious terrace overlooking the garden and the sea—perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning or a romantic dinner in the evening.
The property is located within a residential complex surrounded by greenery with private access; guests have access to two communal swimming pools, as well as a tennis court, soccer field, and basketball court. Nearby, you’ll find a supermarket, ATMs, pharmacies, as well as restaurants and ice cream shops, and Poetto Beach—perfect for pleasant strolls along the pedestrian promenade or evenings at the many kiosks featuring live music.

Enough space for a family of 5, safe place in a gated community with a guard onsite, traditional style where you can feel home, great located, easy to reach the super market and beach, grill and washing machine and great communication with the owner. Even off season in October the sea water pool was filled and usable. Thanks for the great stay.

The home was as described. Most things are not exactly "brand new", but it is very complete and pretty mucht everything works. Worth mentioning is the airconditioning which proved to be whisper quit and very effective!And of course Mauro who was a very friendly host ready to answer any question.If you don't mind a little outdated interior, this holiday home is excellend value for money!

The home is dated and needs renovations , however big enough for 6 people , beautiful surroundings, pool area and view is great !
