Molto tranquillo e silenzioso, vicino al mare ed anche alla strada per andare a Cagliari o per muoversi nelle vicinanze. Titolare molto gentile e disponibile. Camera comoda con anche una scrivania e bagno nuovo e davvero molto spazioso, ogni stanza ha inoltre davanti un tavolino privato e un filo per i costumi/indumenti. Ottimo prezzo per chi ha in programma di muoversi o per chi vuole rilassarsi in spiagge bellissime e poco frequentate: la Spiaggia di Sant'Andrea dista 5 minuti a piedi oppure con 15 minuti di macchina è possibile andare al Poetto/Molentargius.
La grande porta-finestra senza finestre e zanzariere così come la colazione sono un po' "strane". Una lampada più soffusa in camera sarebbe stata gradita.

La chambre est grande et fonctionnelle.
La salle de bain neuve, est très agréable.
La terrasse privative est appréciable.
Le check in anticipé sans aucun problème pour l'hôte.
Literie d'excellente qualité.
Code WIFI donné à notre arrivée sans explication, non clair, donc pas de connexion,
Totale autonomie pour le petit déjeuner dans le local prévu. Aucun élément frais à disposition. Propreté douteuse : frigos, poubelles, napperons sur les éléments sales.
Jardin pas entretenu... Dommage.
Le réfrigérateur de la chambre trop fort congèle l'eau de la bouteille.
Pas de lampe de chevet, uniquement éclairage extrêmement puissant de la chambre.
