Rent of an independent two-room apartment, 40 square meters each, furnished in Sardinian art with all comforts, air-conditioned, on the first floor of a villa we own, 85 meters from the beach, with partial sea view, large garden with usable barbecue.

Cleaning included (it must be left tidy and "clean", penalty of € 50).
