About this house rental
This vacation home is located just about 200 m from the beautiful white-sand beaches and crystal-clear sea of “St’Margherita di Pula”—in the “Is Morus” area. It is surrounded by a fenced-in, well-maintained Mediterranean garden and features a barbecue pit. The beach is easily accessible in just a few minutes’ walk.
The living space is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. The following are available: 1 living/dining room with a fireplace and an integrated kitchen—2 bedrooms with double beds—1 bedroom with bunk beds—1 bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet—1 bathroom with a toilet and sink.
Additional amenities: washing machine—refrigerator/freezer combo—air conditioning in the bedrooms—satellite TV—Wi-Fi—toaster—microwave—iron—ironing board—sun loungers—garden furniture—barbecue facilities—outdoor shower—parking spaces directly at the house.
Shopping and services (supermarket), bars, and restaurants are available in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in some cases. The idyllic tourist town of PULA (approx. 6,000 residents) is about 7 km away. Sports activities (water sports, golf, tennis, horseback riding) are available throughout the area.
A security deposit of 200.00 EUR must be paid on site.
